Environmental Hazard have to tested and or Disclosed- Real Estate
Both home buyers and sellers need to be aware of disclosures and testing for environmental hazard. If you are selling a home and/ or real estate property and if your property has environmental hazards issues you have to disclose it. If you are a buyer buying real estate and /or a home you should have your home inspected by professionals for environmental issues. Here is a list of Ohio/Federal environmental hazards that either need to be disclosed or tested for; lead base paint, urea formaldehyde insulation, electro- magnetic fields, wetlands, brownfields, asbestos, randon gas, underground storage tanks, environmental assessments, superfund and RCRA.
