First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit to Expire in 79 Days!

If you haven’t already heard that the first time home buyer tax credit of $8,000 will expire on November 30, 2009 or 79 days. You still have time to buy a home, but, you will need to be in contract in the next 30 days to close on a home before November 30th. Why do you need to be in contract in the next 30 days or October 15th? The Banks need 45 days to close on a home mortgage. If you need  additional incentives to buying a home, 30 year mortgage rates are down this week to 5.00 %, homes are more affordable and there are lots to choose from.  So why not start looking for your dream home, today!

Columbus, Ohio –   over all has done very well during this recession compared to most of the nation cities. One key factor is our central location in the state and easy and quick access to major markets, such as, the Northeast and Midwest markets. Since 2001 we have had one third increase in the transportation and distribution industry with this our local economy is very diverse or more clearly  stated, we have had a lot of big businesses employing a lot of people to support the transportation and distribution industry.
